Thomas S. Larance is founder and president of Corporate Concierge Services, a premier amenities

management company based in Chicago. Corporate Concierge Services is active in the corporate,
retail, hotel, commercial and residential property management fields, with clients such as Jones
Lang LaSalle, CB Richard Ellis, The John Buck Company, Bank of America/LaSalle Bank, CAMCO/
Village Green, Extell Management, The Chicago Stock Exchange, PAX Clearing House, Behringer
Harvard, The LaSalle Club Hotel, and Morgan Stanley.

In 1996, while employed at Jones Lang LaSalle, Larance created a new division for the firm,

LaSalle Concierge Services. As principal of the division, Larance directed the activities for a vast
number of properties throughout the United States, including New York, Chicago, Washington
D.C., Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles. In 2001, Larance founded Corporate Concierge Services, a
resource for corporate and personal support which provides corporate clients and commercial
properties with a full range of tenant/client amenities. 

Larance is seen as an expert in the concierge field. As such, his insights and experience have been

called upon by various media outlets, including publications such as The Wall Street Journal,
television news programs, and industry trade journals. He is a founding member and was the
executive vice president of the National Concierge Association (NCA). During his tenure at the
NCA, Larance traveled to Japan to speak and promote the concierge business. Additionally,
Larance is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the International
Concierge and Errand Association (ICEA) and has served as president of the Concierge Network of
Chicago (CNC).


Laura Willoughby’s responsibilities as the Executive Vice President of Corporate Concierge Services 
include management of the four divisions within the firm, maintenance of existing client 
relationships, and execution of strategic plans for attaining new customers. Her ability to train, 
lead and manage teams has resulted in successful delivery of the high level of service that is the 
benchmark of Corporate Concierge Services.

Laura’s background in customer service began at Centex Homes in Raleigh, NC. Shortly after 
joining the Corporate Concierge Services team in 2008, she was promoted to Operations Manager. 
From there, Laura was part of the team that built the Retail Division to its current national 
presence with a strong, dedicated team of managers and staff that provide service excellence. 

Combining recent innovations with the human touch, Laura has successfully integrated both 
social media and technology to offer amenities to guests in new and exciting ways. Her goal for 
2012 is to continue to expand Corporate Concierge Services’ offerings in new national venues.
